General 🧸

Are all your products authentic?

Yes! All our collectibles are 100% genuine POP MART products sourced from verified and trusted suppliers. Each figure includes an authenticity code that can be scanned or verified on POP MART’s official platform.

Do you sell pre-orders or only in-stock items?

We offer both! Items marked as “Pre-Order” are ordered specifically for you and typically take up to 3 weeks to arrive. In-stock items are available for immediate delivery or pickup.

Can I request a specific figure from a blind box?

Yes! We offer both sealed and opened figures. Some items are opened only for the purpose of being sold as identified Labubu figures (not blind boxes).

This allows collectors to choose the exact character they want, while other series remain fully sealed for those who prefer the surprise.

Orders & Payment📦

How can I place an order?

Simply add your chosen items to the cart and complete checkout online. You can also message us on facebook if you need help before purchasing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BOV Pay and Revolut Pay. Cash on delivery is available for orders in Malta only.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once dispatched, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Delivery & Pickup🚚

Do you offer delivery across Malta and Gozo?

Yes! We deliver all across Malta 🇲🇹 — free for orders over €60.

For orders under €60, a €4.50 delivery fee may apply depending on the location and distance.

Gozo deliveries are handled through Maltapost with an €8 delivery fee.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock orders are usually delivered between 3-6 working days from date of order.

Pre-orders may take between 2-3 weeks maximum, depending on supplier shipping times.

For Gozo, orders are sent to Maltapost within 10 working days.

Where can I pick up my order?

Pickup is available from Paola and Kirkop.

At checkout, you can select Paola as your pickup location.

If you’d prefer to collect from Kirkop, simply contact us after placing your order, and we’ll gladly arrange it for you.

Do you ship Internationally?

We can arrange delivery to EU countries by request.

If you’re interested in placing an order from outside Malta, please contact us directly through our website or social media, and we’ll provide the available shipping options and costs.

Returns & Refunds 💰

Can I return or exchange a blind box once opened?

Unfortunately, opened blind boxes cannot be returned or exchanged — this helps us keep authenticity and quality control.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

If your item arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or partial refund depending on availability.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — refunds are provided in cases of incorrect or faulty items. Because of the collectible nature of the products, we cannot accept general change-of-mind returns.

Products & Availability 🎁

Do you sell full sets or individual boxes?

We sell both! Full sets contain all regular designs from a specific series with no duplicates, while individual boxes includes a random design. Both have the chance to obtain a secret figure.

What does “Pre-Order” mean?

Pre-Order means the item isn’t yet in our local stock. Once you purchase, we order it directly from our supplier and deliver it to you once it arrives.

Are the mystery boxes sealed or opened?

We offer a mix of options to suit every collector:

  • Sealed (Random): Completely sealed blind boxes — perfect for those who love the surprise!
  • Sealed (Identified): Still sealed, but we know which color or design is inside — great if you’re looking for something specific.
  • Opened: Carefully opened boxes for specific designs.

Each product listing clearly states which type it is, so you always know exactly what you’re getting.

Can I request an item that isn’t available in your store?

Yes! If there’s a specific Labubu or collectible you’re looking for that isn’t currently listed on our website, you can contact us through our contact page or social media. We’ll do our best to help you find it or let you know if it will be available soon.
