Cancellation policy

We offer different purchase options to make it easier for collectors to secure their favorite collectibles:

1. One-Time Purchase

• • Customers can buy available stock directly from our store.

  • Payment is completed at checkout.

2. Pre-Order Option

• • Selected item releases are available for pre-order.

  • Customers pay upfront (or a deposit if applicable) to reserve their piece.

  • Pre-order items will ship once stock arrives. Estimated delivery dates are provided but may vary.

3. Limited/Exclusive Drops

• • Some Labubu editions are released in limited quantities.

  • Purchases are first-come, first-served.

  • Each customer may be restricted to a set quantity per release to ensure fairness.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• One-time purchases can be canceled before dispatch.

• Pre-orders are non-refundable but may be exchanged for store credit if stock allows.

• Subscription plans can be canceled anytime, but already-billed orders will still be fulfilled.
