Refund policy

At Pop Drops Malta, we want you to love your collectible figures. Because blind boxes are sealed products, we only accept returns if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • To request a return, please contact us at popdropsmalta@gmail.com or WhatsApp +356 99693109 with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging


Returns

  • Returns will only be approved if the damage is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery.

  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g. mishandling, accidental drops, exposure to heat) will not be eligible.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  • Customers are responsible for returning the item in its original packaging, un-opened and unused. Any shipping fees paid cannot be refunded.


Replacements & Refunds

  • Wherever possible, we will offer a replacement item of the same product.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or unsealed blind boxes that are not defective cannot be returned, as their collectible value depends on the sealed packaging.

  • Pre-order items, Sale items, promotions, or bundle offers are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.


Cancellations

  • In-Stock Items: You may cancel an in-stock order before it has been shipped and a refund will be given. Once the item is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and standard return rules apply. 

  • Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items are specially ordered from our suppliers and cannot be canceled for change-of-mind reasons once the order is placed.

  • Exceptions: If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, our Damaged or Defective Items policy applies.
